ACC Service Award Winners

Alvin Community College recognized staff members for their years of service during convocation on August 18. Staff members were recognized for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of service.

 

35 years

ACC custodian Barbara Merchant, right, was recognized for working 35 years at the college during Convocation on August 18.

 

30 years

ACC employees who have worked at the college for 30 years are Switchboard operator Veronica Smith and Environmental Systems technician Ike Gonzalez.

 

25 years

ACC employees who have worked at the college for 25 are Institutional Effectiveness and Research Executive Director Pat Sanger, custodian Carmen Arreola, Math instructor Deanna Dick and mail room assistant Cindy Page.

 

20 years

ACC employees who have worked at the college for 20 years are Theatre Design coordinator D鈥機arrey Stell, Vice President of Student Services John Matula.

 

15 years

ACC employees who have worked at the college for 15 years are: Physical Plant senior administrative assistant Shannon Wise, Librarian Roger Bell, English instructor Thomas Parker, custodian Maria Garcia, Custodial supervisor Diana Garcia, Database Systems administrator Fred Bellows, Lab School administrative assistant Sheila Jones, Grounds supervisor Kenneth Navarro, Admissions specialist Tammy Martinez, IT instructor Michael Smith and Financial Aid counselor Jessica Solcich.

 

10 years
